Site Reliability Engineer

Zakres obowiązków:
Scope of the work is:
- Leverages relevant technical working knowledge to understand requirements.
- Identifies and contributes to the development and solution strategies to team members that improve the support and functionality of applications under minimal guidance.
- Applies best practices in configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices.
- Collaborates with others to support and ensure the stability of critical applications.
- Analyzes simple application performance concerns that threaten application functionality and applies knowledge and tools to verify assumptions.
Wymagania:
The Skills required here are:
- Strong technical skills in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Tomcat, Ngnix, DB2,MYSQL.
- Energy and Experience: A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale.
- Customer Service: Customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.).
- Language Expertise: Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Support: Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments.
- Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
- Partnership: Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5-7 Yrs of relevant experience.
- Key skills – Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Tomcat, Ngnix, DB2, MYSQL.
